Ingredients
• 28 oz fire-roasted tomatoes
• 1/2 chopped onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 chopped jalapeno
• 1 t cumin
• 1 T smoked paprika
• 1 bunch of cilantro
• 1/4-1/2 cup lime juice
• 1/2 t salt - or to taste
Instructions
1. Combine the onions, garlic, and jalapeno and sauté for 5 - 10 minutes
2. Add the tomatoes, cumin, and smoked paprika
3. Continue to cook for 5 minutes and add the cilantro and lime
4. Pulse with a hand blender or food processor until the desired consistency
